]I am going to have to stop buying clocks with out makers identification markings. Here I have a clock, neat little thing. Running dinging all the good stuff. But I kind of would like to know……. Who made it?? Maybe someone here has something close, similar? I understand it’s an oldie. Everything held together by pins. Any help???

Hey DcClocks, have you taken the movement out and looked at the back side of the movement? William

Nothing. No markings, front or back. And it only winds for a day….. and then another wind. 30 hour clock. Bernie thinks it might be a Seth Thomas Chicago VP, or New Heaven.

I would say with springs a 1/4″ wide it is definitely a 30 hr. New Haven had one with a mercury style pendulum and the Seth Thomas was the other that had that pendulum.
