]Ok guys I bought a box full of old watchmaker tools and supplies and these two items I can’t figure out what they are. Can you?
These are little aluminum (I think) cups that are two pieces that slide into each other. there are 7 total from large to small. They are all quite small with the largest the size of a thimble.
This picture is a pulley that is very small and I have about 8 of them all small and different sizes. What do these go to?

The cup like things look like tools to lubricate springs. If you put cotton balls soaked in oil in the cups and pull the spring through the slots it should lubricate your mainspring. The pulleys are good for turning and polishing pivots with a set of turns.

I should have said PINIONS not PIVOTS.

The tools with the pulleys are called TURNING ARBORS.
