I would prefer to keep the original balance. the new balance was from another parts watch, there were no serial numbers on this watch but everything looks the same. new balance is from a 17 jewel steel 16s watch and the one im working on is a 7 jewel14s brass. both Walthams. I do have the hairspring and roller, it had a good pivot till I got alittle careless.
