Where did you get the “La Pives KFS” from? I can’t see that on the movement?
At a guess I would say its a swiss cylinder escapement pocket watch made somewhere around the turn of the century.

Edit – Sorry, I was looking in the wrong place!, don’t make the mistake of thinking what is on the case is whats in the case! That name will be for the casemaker, not the movement. Most watchmakers back then would fit their movements into an out-sourced case, not many manufacturers made their own cases.
