What is the correct method of setting a Tissot single stem chronograph. This watch apparently consists of both a digital movement and a mechanical movement that must be synchronized to ensure accurate presentation of current time, day of the week, day of the month, and year as well as the proper functioning of other features such as the stop watch, elapsed time, remaining time, etc. I understand that several swiss watch manufacturers have used this or a similar “single stem” movement.

I’m not sure what watch or movement you have. More information such as any numbers or name as well as any photos might prove helpful for us to identify your watch.
Check out the following pdfs to see if they help.

BobOctober 25, 2015 at 10:57 am #63334Bob, thanks for your input to my question. Sorry I haven’t responded sooner; I’ve been traveling in Europe. The differentiating features of this watch are the single stem and the combination of the two movements. I will be returning to the US in Mid November and I will post on the forum more specific information; ie, model number, etc. I don’t have that info with me. More later!
