I’m still new to this, I have an 18 size Elgin stem wind stem set. I can not get the sleeve depth on the case adjusted properly. The watch winds no matter if the stem is in or -pulled out. I cannot set the time. I adjusted the sleeve all the way down and still winds in setting mode, I back the sleeve out to where it is almost flat across the pendent and it still winds in the setting mode….help, ive adjusted about all I can…whats wrong?
