I found these links to pdfs on another forum, very useful if you service Seiko watches.

Make sure you have your pop up blocker switched off otherwise the pdfs wont load. For those of you who dont know what a pdf file is, it is an adobe document. You can download adobe reader for free or search on google for other pdf readers. I use “Foxit” Reader which works well and again is free.
