Hi everyone. I am looking to get into cleaning and servicing Waltham pocket watches, which I am collecting. I was wondering what gauges of screwdriver I would need in a starter pack. Obviously I am looking the best quality I can get without spending too much. The following A*F set, for example has 0.60, 0.80, 1.00, 1.20, 1.40, 1.60, 2.00, 2.50 & 3.00 mm heads

An additional 0.50 screwdriver of the same type can be purchased individually for £3.95. Is there anything missing or superfluous from that set would you say?

      Many thanks,

      Ray

        Hi Ray,
Sorry for not seeing this post sooner. That set is a good choice and the sizes should cover just about everything you’ll need to get going. You can grab the .50mm also but probably not necessary since the .60 is so close to that size.
        Enjoy the Holiday Season!
