Well purchased 4 more elgin watches for projects. A 18s 11j, 18s 15j, 12s 17j and 16s 15j. Should give me some good hands on and get back in the grove before I start on any customers. The last one 16s I am looking for a dial as this one is looks kinda bad down by the 7 & 8. I think one 18s and the 12s are sold when I get them done. I told him I wouldn’t know what to charge till I got them in but they do look pretty nice. I was thinking with a new mainspring, staff, cleaned and oiled maybe $160 each and he said sounds good. I told him if the case didn’t look like the pictures I would let him know. Anyway just more crap on my plate that may have to wait till winter. 😆
