      hi i got a Russian pocket watch its not working i opened the balance cock screw and it worked when i tightened, it stopped i cleaned it its still the same,some one had this watch apart before what to do

        Give it a full service and look for other issues, you could be chasing your tail by just trying to sort out one single problem.
