Hello, I’m rather new here and I have a question regarding what length of a pendulum I need on a possible replacement movement.  I have a wall clock 351-020 31cm.  I have a second 351-020 38cm movement.  My question(s) are, can the 31cm pendulum be put on the second movement 351-020 38cm.  The center wheel on the 31cm pendulum has 86 teeth.  And the center wheel on the 38cm has 76 teeth.  If the 351-020 38cm can be used as a replacement, can the 31cm pendulum be used rather than the 38cm.  If it can be used will the center wheel need to be changed?  Thank you for any insight anyone can provide.

      Sincerely,

      Ted Kirkland

Do not think you can change out the pendulums. Check Perrin or Clockworks, they may be able to supply the proper pendulum for your movement.

Merritt’s is also a good source for clock parts. If not there, Clockworks or Perrins might have what you need.

Black Forest Imports will probably have what you need.
