I don’t think you can unless your system is flash enabled. Bobs whole course is flash structure.
I use ipad now and installed an app for flash content but prior to that I had an android. I think I used a browser called puffin for playing flash and it worked ok at the time but I switched over to Apple over a year ago so there might be a better way to go now with android.
If you put how to access flash content on an android into Google it brings up some more options.
I also downloaded the course videos from the download section and can play them on my ipad straight from a storage drive using a usb to charging wire adapter. This might be another option for you.
