Has anyone here ever heard of the Kelbert Watch Co. My wife recently received a braille pocket watch. It has a Rubis Movement with no numbers visible with the cover removed. It also says Anti Magnetic with 17 jewels. I have goggled this several times always coming up with no history other than old ads that say it was on 5th ave. New York. Any help would be appreciated.
Here are some numbers on the inner case cover; 1099-6-68 and 18056.

      Thanks kevin

Based on what I gathered from doing a google search, Kelbert Watch Co. seems to be a movement importer and re-branded them to Kelbert, they seem to have Swiss movements, so if you break down the movement, you might find the original manufacturer of the movement with a makers mark on the main plate (under the balance cock is a good place to start looking)
