how to remove this stem

i can’t find setting lever screw or anywhere i can press please help. it’s a gemex parrenin(HP) villers le lac made from french

Hello Alan

I think it would be the small screw slightly to the right under the winding pendant in your pic. between the two larger screws.

Loosen it a little at a time until the stem will pull out. Should do the trick for you.

end up I have to unscrew the whole screw and press it thank you so much for your help!
