Hamilton 661 / Certina 28-45 Oiling Question

I am repairing a Hamilton 661 automatic. Attached is a pic of a strange wheel that engages the crown wheel. I am curious as to how others have handled cleaning and lubricating this part. Do you disassemble the wheel by removing the spring(s)?? What type of oil do you lubricate the internal parts with?

Also – anyone have a technical manual for this movement??? I know the movement is made by Certina/Kurth Freres as the 28-45, but the only documentation I seem to be able to find are parts diagrams – no oiling charts or other servicing docs.
