        Show,
        Where have you been?
Cousins UK should have pocket watch hands. There is also a company over in the USA called CassKerr that carries a lot of that type of stuff.

Just find something similar, as long as the holes in the hands are smaller they can be broached out to fit.

If you do find hands and they are also a tad too big on the hole I.d. You can also reduce that diameter. Usually if the hole is slightly oversized, I’m talking a hair, then chances are that they’ll also be too long, which is also not a problem as you can trim a touch off the ends and reform them if necessary.

The tool you show is for making new holes in mainsprings, they’re mainspring pliers.

                    Show,
A general term for your mainspring plyers is punch and die. In a new set the surface of the die would be flat and shiny and the holes would be clean and have no chipped out metal around the edges. The punches should be clean, flat and free of chipped areas, especially on the bottom surface. It looks like the set you have needs to be resharpened but if you do not know how to do this you could do more harm than good. If it can still punch a hole in a mainspring go ahead and use it but from the picture it looks like it is ready to be resharpened.
