I am new to the course and the forum. I have an 1923 Elgin pocket watch that I am working on. I am needing a new dial and am wondering as long as it is the same size does it matter what one I buy? I noticed that most of the ones I see, the second hand hole seems a lot larger than the one that I have on the watch. Does it make a difference?
Hey Sisu1223, just noticed your post, sorry I missed it. Welcome to the forum, hope your having fun I imagine that the Elgin pocket watch dials are “mostly” interchangeable for a particular size as long as the dial feet are in the right spot. William
