I am a new member who is trying to download the courses. Every time I attempt to do so, I get 500 Internal Server Error. Please advice on a solution to this problem. BTW, great learning system. Regards. Rafa.

If you log into the Ultra Course instead of the Clock course you will find a unique user name and password which you can use to download your files. You were automatically upgraded to the Ultra right after you joined today so you now have access to everything by going through Ultra course.
