I was not sure if I needed to piggyback this question to my note about newbie tools, but since they are two entirely separate issues, I thought I needed to separate the requests. Sorry if I am violating some protocol of the forum.

Yesterday, I was able to download the five clock course videos, and the first watch course video. Then, everything came to a big halt. Today, I cannot download anything — “Failed – Server problem.” I’ve tried going back to square one to log back in from scratch, but I am never asked for the download user name or password, but rather taken to the downloads page, only to get the “Failed – Server problem” error dialog.

Having computed and coded for many years, I’ve taken the normal steps that often cause problems, such as clearing the cache, etc. Still doesn’t work. What am I doing wrong?

        Hey Royce,

You aren’t violating any protocols as far as I know, it’s pretty easy going so fire away..:-)

I’m afraid I can’t offer any help on the download issues but I wanted to say that it’s nice to see another perfect head on the forum besides my own ;-) as they say… God creates only so many perfect heads, the rest he covered with hair ;-)

I’m sure someone will be along to help you with your download prob PDQ..

            Good one David! :D

            Hey Royce,
I just tried downloading the watch videos and had no problems. Maybe the server was acting up. Might want to give it another try.

            Bob
