Hi, newb here trying to begin learning about clock repair. My question is, I have accessed the clock course section. I see a list of videos and animations for various things. Is there any type of document or thread that guides you through the videos and animations in a sequence that makes sense for optimizing the course? Is there a forum section for people who are going through the course material or is the general forum here the place for that? Thanks, Scot

        Hi Scott,
I would suggest not trying to take in too much all in one go. You will always have access to those videos and you can download them and burn them to DVD etc. The main thing to watch is the clock servicing videos, get a procedure set in your mind for when you start on that first movement. Write down the steps as Bob shows it and also make a list of the tools/supplies he uses. The other videos etc are there for specific things which you may not find on all clocks. You can still watch them now but rest assured you will still go back to them from time to time.
Any questions you may have can be asked on this forum, there are some great people here and you will get answers.
Good luck and let us know how you are getting on.
        Paul.
