broken screw, broken sleeve, new stem

Anyone know how to remove a click screw that broke off at the head? Also how to i go about order a new sleeve and where to get them? Its fir an elgin26s grade 291 case is a montauk, alsi think i need a new stem for this pocket watch

And as for the screw..there are a few methods.
You can try to put a slot into the broken section with various tools small drills /taps, there’s a solution you can buy to dissolve it, some use Alum mixed in water to do that as well.
