Simple fix. Really!
Hermle & Kieninger clocks have the minute hands on moveable bushings. So you can actually use the clock chime where it’s at and set the minute hand to match.
Remove the minute hand and look on the back side where it fits on the square shaft. The bushing will either have flats or just round. Either way you can use a pair of needle nose (preferably with teeth so you can grip the bushing) and hold the hand while you gently turn the bushing (or vice versa). I usually stop the clock on the hour so the minute shaft doesn’t turn, and make the adjustment to the hand bushing. Refit the hand / repeat until you get it where you want. Tighten it down and your good to go.
Easy fix.
