I want to modify an existing dial to fit a watch I’m going to case, using a Hamilton 921 mov’t.
There is one supplier I’ve found that has an exact fit,..but I don’t like that dial.
I don’t know that I want to use dial dots for this,…and my soldering skills are lacking.
Has anyone used epoxy to attach new dial posts ????

      Any other ideas ?

      Thanks

I have certainly seen them repaired with epoxy and it is a much safer way than trying to solder and possibly risk damaging the enamel but I am no expert. The epoxy seemed to have a good hold.
