Thought this may be of interest to both watch and clock members.
This video was just published yesterday up on YouTube.

BobSeptember 16, 2014 at 11:35 am #59444Wow Bob,that is amazing!
It is hard to belive that the watch houses are still working on new innovations for mechanical watches but I am glad they are. The one thing I do wonder is how replacement parts will be made in the distant future when this mechanism is no longer produced. maybe we will just be able to print them out on these new 3D printers?
Paul.September 16, 2014 at 1:30 pm #59445Wow now that is pretty cool. Also saw where there is a company in KC that is starting to manufacture watches. That would be cool to but most common folk couldn’t afford them. 😆 I haven’t wore my wrist watch since I retired almost 5 yrs ago.

Now that’s not a bad idea Paul! That might just be the perfect answer to the Swiss parts restriction monopoly that’s taking place.
I know were kidding but….hmmmHey Bernie,
Do you have any info on that company that’s starting up? If so I’d like to check it out and see what they’re going to make.Adios for now,
