I did follow the 3 Timezone courses a few years ago. It was my first introduction to watches and I did enjoy it very well. The course is well made, especially the first 2 parts. It helped me a lot in understanding the workings of a watch and how to clean and lubricate them. Part 3 is really geared towards the Etachron regulator, but it explains the use of the timing machine as well.
