    Hi Charles,
    Just a hunch but might check to see if the wheel is upside down. Also check that spring is in barrel correctly and that cap is all the way down in the barrel seat.
    The sleeve…hmmm. I need to think a bit about that one. Easy-out might work but I think the sleeve is pretty hard so not sure if the easy-out will be able to dig in and have something to grab. Could dissolve it out too but…got to think about that this evening.
