When I first open up an image in Photoshop Elements (PSE) we are initially confronted with a seemingly endless and confusing array of options HUH 😮
But for our purpose, I’ll show you the basic quick way to improve your shots, and this is where PSE smart function comes in handy.
Most editing software grossly over compensates your exposure, PSE has a smart function that reads the light and data, then corrects the pic slightly, so it isn’t too much.
We’ve all seen those pics where the colors are so bright, you have to wear shades. PSE will not do this. But if this is a preference, then you can do that manually, over expose your colors that is.
Here I am using Auto Smart Fix option..
