I couldn’t find any info on it in any of my books. I even have a couple of Bulova books. One’s primarily cases though. Let me know if you need some Bulova case ID. help 
I did run across a post where someone said Tom at Dashto had a few of those movements but it’s a pretty old post.
Wish I could have been some help but looks like you may have nailed it down.
