    First, determine if the wheel is ferrous by holding a magnet to it. If it is not, it will have been made from a softer metal and can be bent back into the correct shape at room temperature with less chance of breaking. The biggest danger will be if it is made out of cast iron. Then it would be very difficult to bend it in a cold state. Let me know and we can take it from there.
