I saw a picture of movement of a Waltham 18S 11j OF Model 1857 PS Bartlett that had the markings that looked like Fogg’s Patent engraved on it. Does anyone know what that means?

Correction, it was not an OF but a gold tone hunting case. Sorry for the error.
