Did you check out the size and weight of that of that motor? That would certainly run the pivot drill and would probably power a lathe or drill press as well. It would certainly work when fixtured in properly and the price is excellent. The seller is not providing other information such as wattage and rpm. It will require a fairly large power supply to run it. Contact the seller and see if you can get the information you need to track down a power supply to run that monster.
