I’ve already washed the dial with warm water, a soft artists brush and liquid soap ( Dawn to be specific). It’s as much as I will do, along with some detailing using Rodico.
Serious investors hate it when a dial has been restored, but there are times when that’s the only prudent option.
I try to find watches that have decent dials, and then work from there.
This one came to me with others that my uncle had inherited from a friend.
I’m cleaning them up for re-sale.
The fob on this particular watch has a silver dollar that’s nested in a Harrah’s casino coin holder.
