hey cdragon , take a close look at what is turning the count wheel, possibly a pin or a gear on the arbor next in line to the great wheel/count wheel. the Waterbury movement I have in stock has a gear that drives the count wheel, if yours does check to see if it is slipping somehow, either on the arbor or while meshing the teeth of the count wheel, if it is a pin or 2 pins check to see they are functioning and meshing proper with the count wheel teeth.
