thanks for responding. I checked the thread you referenced and that is not the escape wheel I am facing. The one I am working on has much shorter teeth making getting the depth correct very difficult. There are numbers on the back of the movement but no names. It does not appear to be a Hermle as those serial numbers are normaly two sets of three seperated by a hyphon.
