    Hi Chaplin37,
    I don’t know of any videos but you may find something up on youtube if you put in some variations of “split stem removal” etc.
    We did cover split stem removal (if that’s what her Longines has) up here recently. You might find the thread helpful at http://clockrepairtips.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=313&hilit=split+stem
