I wonder if LULU publishing can offer the 28 volumes in a single book form for a reasonable cost. The hard copies were up for sale on Ebay for over $800.00. Nice to have but too much money. I don’t think anybody could afford that price so the seller split up the set by offering each volume for sale individually.
